Lightroom Photos & Presets can’t be seen

On a non paid plan-lightroom classic, get a message of download failure when i try to open my photos. All my photos are not seen and all my saved presets are gone as if my account has been restarted. What could be the solution? Worked fine until now

Is it Lightroom Classic on desktop  that you are using as my understanding is that is part of a paid subscription only?

What devuce are you using?
