I purchased the Lightroom Premium Option a while ago, it worked once - since then i can't use it, even if i am paying for it and my subscription has not expired yet.
It is loading and loading and not working at all. I already deinstalled the app and canceled my subscription, reinstalled it and purchased the premium version again and it still hasn't worked since the very first day!
Very bad experience, can't recommend.

If you are certain that you have an active Lightroom Premium subscription, then you must have more than Lightroom account. The account you used to ask for help on our forums has a very old Photogrphy 20 GB plan that expired 18 months ago. I recommend trying to sign into Lightroom with other email addresses or social services (Facebook, Google, Apple) that you might have used.
If you just can't find or remember which email address has the paid account for Lightroom, please contact Adobe Support directly for more help. They have the right tools to help. Visit https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, sign in, and then select the chat option. Type Agent in the chat field to connect with a person faster.
