Hey, @Festive_videographer5292. Welcome to the Lightroom community. I reviewed your account for the community and found an inactive subscription for Lightroom.

The respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. If you've already been charged, you can contact their support channels. Check this page for help with managing your subscription to the AppStore: https://adobe.ly/4cgs5gj

This should help. Give me a heads-up if it does. Thanks!

I don't think that this would help, 'cause first time I have re login with my account - and everything worked, but for one day. Then problem got back and nothing helped relogin, subscription cancelling and app reinstall.

Hi @Festive_videographer5292,

Thanks for the additional details. I reviewed your account again, and the most common cause of Lightroom Premium appearing inactive on iPhone, even after a valid purchase, is signing in with the wrong login method.

Lightroom on iOS allows you to sign in using several identity types:
ʉۢ Continue with Apple
ʉۢ Continue with Google
ʉۢ Adobe ID using email and password

Your subscription is linked to only one of these. If you accidentally sign in with a different method, Lightroom will not detect your Premium plan even though the subscription is active in the App Store. This explains why Premium worked briefly after you re-logged in and then stopped again.

Please make sure you sign in using the same method you originally used when the subscription was created. If the subscription was purchased through the App Store, the correct sign-in is often "Continue with Apple", unless you previously linked the subscription to "Continue with Google".

Once you sign in with the correct account method, Premium should unlock immediately.

Regards,
Anshul Saini
