Lightroom Premium Subscription on iPhone

Hi, I've paid for the premium account but I can't get access to the premium features (iPhone). I've checked my Apple account and I'm paying monthly. The app recognises I'm subscribed and paying as per the photo - but doesn't allow me to access the features. I've signed out/in, reset phone, app and phone are updated to latest software as described in other troubleshooting guides. None of these work. This has been ongoing since first subscription - so please can you activate and refund the months I've paid already but had no access.
