Hello,
I have a CC All Apps Subscription (not a Kivuto plan according to chat support / invoiced as "Creative Cloud Indiv ALL MLP Ed DSP Renewal MUN WAH 1 YR ED ESD RNW"). Plan page indicated I ave access to Lightroom and Lightroom mobile. However, when I try to access Lightroom, I get the following:
Online: (lightroom.adobe.com) Expired Subscription
Desktop: Buy Now (If clicked, it says Subscrtipion Active but nothing changes. All other CC desktop apps working fine)
Mobile: Trial Expired (also having the same issue described here where I cannot restore purchases)
I had previously purchased a separate LR mobile subscription (now expired, purchased on the same account) since it was not working via my main CC All Apps subscription and I am wondering if this is what the authentication server is seeing.
