Hello
I need help with the following:
3 months ago I tried to change my subscription from LR to LR + Photoshop.
Instead of changing the plan, I make a new membership, after realizing the situation, I tried to cancel it in the customer area, as mentioned.
There is no button for cancellation, I tried to talk to the help desk without success, I ended up canceling the payment.
Now, almost 3 months later, I was unable to access LR and the 800GB of information I have.
I spoke with the Help desk and they understood the situation and immediately proceeded to cancel LR + Photoshop and indicated that I would have access unlocked after a few hours.
Now I still don't have access, and after talking again with the help desk this inca to cancel the plan I have and close a new one.
I don't agree because the new plan is more expensive.
Here are the screenshots

Your 800GB of images in the Adobe Cloud requires you to have a plan with 1TB of storage, and the only way to do this with Photoshop included is to pay for the extra storage in the $24,99 Photography Plan. IMO The extra 12,29 is still good value to have 1TB of Cloud storage and Photoshop.
The standard Photography Plan US$9.99 that includes Photoshop only has 20GB of storage. Not sufficient for your 800GB.
All subscription problems need you contact with Adobe support.

Having the same issue too
I dont have acess to 800Gb
support told me to cancel my microsoft account and make a new one.
At Microsoft I paid €9.99 and now they want €12.29 and 12 month loyalty.
I think it's illegal and I don't know how to complain.
Thanks
Carlos

Hello @carlos313221549614
I consolidated your multiple posts into this one thread, for clarity.
Even after a plan expires, you should still have access to photos that exist in Lightroom Cloud Storage. If you are not seeing that in your app, try signing into your account using the Lightroom Web app at https://lightroom.adobe.com
You might also want to try the Lightroom Downloader: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/download-lightroom-photos.html
This allows you to save all your images with edits down to a desktop computer.
Rob is correct in that if you want to maintain your 800GB+ account in cloud storage with an active subscription, the 1 TB plan does seem to match your needs. Please review plan options at: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/photography/compare-plans.html
If you need additional help accessing your content or adjusting your active subscription, please do contact Adobe Support. Go to this link and click the chat bubble in the lower right:
