Lightroom says saying 'we can't verify your subscription status' (macOS)

I can't access my Lightroom app on my Macbook it's saying we can't verify your subscription status and I've followed the troubleshooting guide and still no luck!

Thanks for reaching out. Which version of Lightroom and macOS are you using? Did you try re-login to the application? What are the troubleshooting steps that you've tried so far?
