Hey,
i used lightroom in the testperiod via the Apple Store and after the test period i booked a monthly subscription. That didn´t work and when starting the program it said that the subscription ended with error message "Server_Error_dup". So i had Contact with Apple and Adobe Support and they told me to end that subscription and book a new one via the App Store of Apple.
The ending was no problem, got a refund and now i booked a new one with yearly subscription. Booking no problem, but when starting same issue. Apple says Adobe has to manage and Adobe says Apple has to handle it, so nice 😉 Adobe support told me also they will give it to a special team but it could last several days, so thats not really a good service. Alternatively i could book the subscription dirctly via Adobe what i dont want to, because in the app store i can see and manage all my subscriptions and have a better overview.
Anyone with an idea what to? It costed me already several hours to solve the problem without getting really good support. it seems like if once a subscription via apple has ended its very hard to renew it, but that shouldnt be really a big deal...
