Lightroom shuts down after loading screen (macOS)

Hi!

In a word, I am facing a problem where lightroom cc crashes after starting, and I myself have not found a solution to this problem. I've tried logging out, it didn't work. I also tried renaming the cache files, but it still didn't work. Maybe someone can help me or share ideas. the computer is MacBook Pro 2019 16-inch

Problem was with recent update and now the new one aswell.

Thanks for reaching out. We understand this can be frustrating.

You are on the Lightroom 6.4 version, right? What is the macOS version? Do you see any error messages when you try to launch the app?

You can try to reset the preferences of Lightroom using the manual method mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2JSym5e

Please back up your presets before resetting the preferences.

Yes, Lr verion is v6.4 and macOS version is the newest it can be (ventura 13.4). Unfortunately there is no error messages.
Also i cannot find any file named com.adobe.LightroomClassicCC7.plist . What should i try now?
