Comprei o plano premium anual pela apple e agora eles falam que meu plano nao existe e nao estou conseguindo usar  ! Nao consigo resolver!

Do you see any error messages? Can you share your registered email with us (in DM)? When did you purchase the plan? 

Are you logged in with the correct Adobe ID?
