Got an email saying that my subscription is expired but I was under the impression that I'm supposed to get charged monthly. Now I'm trying to upgrade my account again to Premium but it's telling me that they cannot process my request to protect me from fraud. Trying to do all this in my android mobile.
Please help. Thank you.
