I am subscribed to the Lightroom plan Through the Adobe website, but my Premier account does not appear in the Lightroom app on the mobile
You shouldn't need to restore a purchase, but make sure you're logged in with the same Adobe ID as on the website.
It is the same as my account, and I previously subscribed through the Adobe website, and the subscription features appear in the mobile application, but I think that now it does not accept and ask me to subscribe through the Google Store
Probably quickest to talk to customer servies as they'll be able to see what's showing on your account. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and hit the chat icon bottom right.
