Lightroom Synching is currenty off

I am trying to synch my newly created collections with Lightroom CC so I can cull on my iPad. When I press the synch button I am greeted with a lovely useless message telling me "Synch *collection name* later Synching is currently off". How do I turn synching back on?

What version of Lightroom do you have? Please go to 'Help - System Info' and copy the first ten lines. Paste them in your answer.
