Hi to everyone.
I have an existing Apple Mobile Lightroom account and my archive contains 25K pics for a total of 256Gb.
Now I need to pass to a Adobe CC account with a new Adobe account.
My problem is that I need to pass all the pictures to the new account. How can I do?
What are the option to save all my raw file + metadata (modification) to the new account?
If I try to download all the 25000 pictures I always get some kind of trouble due the long time required to make this download. Please, help me. thanks!

I found this other forum that is helpful with desktop but I'm not too sure about mobile versions,

Thank you Melissa! 🙏🏻
Your suggested link is highly appreciated.
I'll test it within a couple of days. If you will find others solutions let me know, please. I will do the same for you. Cheers!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Your issue can best be resolved by contacting Adobe Customer Care at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot.

Note: the destination account must be empty in order to have support migrate your assets.

Hi! Already tried to contact Adobe. Them can not help me here in the Italian Chat assistance.
Them just suggested me to download the entire archive with Ligtroom Downloader and them upload again into new account.
Now I have all my pictures but them aren't archived in their own albums and folders.
I have over 25000 raw pictures, I can't organize them again. I need to find another solution. thank you!

Direct message me the Adobe ID for your 25K Image account and the Adobe ID for your Empty destination account.  Please.
