Lightroom (v 5.0) does not displays thumbnails.

Hello Adobe Team,
Lightroom (v 5.0) does not displays thumbnails on my corporate computer (OS win 10, v20H2). Your recommendations did not help me:

It seems to me that the problem is deeper and me need to configure the internal networks / give permission for to recover files because the previews.db and root-pixels.db files are not restored after drag to the trash.
