no problems before

no chnages since

photoshop is good and bridge is good with latest updates.

Locks up at start see attached sits at 69%

i uninstalled and reinstalled same problem

uninstalled and reinstalled older revisions same problem.

rebooted and verified there is enough room in the drive for the update.

60gb on hd

I also reset presets according to some suggestion I found on the interwebs to no avail!
