Lightroom Video editing doesn’t work

Hey everyone,

I have a problem with my Lightroom edititing.

I'm subscribed to their premium features but when I try to edit a video a note comes out saying that I need to contact the Adobe support.

Did someone else experienced the same problem or knows some possible solutions.

would be grateful for any insights

Do you have an active subscription?  Video editing is a paid feature.
