Hello!
When trying to start Lightroom WebApplication on Google Chrome or on MS Edge, the page doesn't load.
Instead the browser command line shows "https://lightroom.adobe.com/libraries?" and the three dots in the middle of the screen are running. But nothing else happens.
My Lightroom Desktop (Windows) permanently shows "Syncing items" for the last days.
When filtering for Sync Status "Error", there are no items to show.
Same goes for Syncing Status "Syncing".
Nevertheless syncing works with my Android mobile Apps as regular.
My Android Lightroom says "Synced", as normal.
Lightroom CC as well says "Synced".
My Lightroom System with some 5000 images has worked well so far.
I have not made any changes in my system.
There is obviously a problem with the online library.
Is there a chance to get Lightroom Web Application working again?
Thank you

I had this on Lightroom Web for over a year. Then it fixed itself. Never did get to figure out the cause.

A half year later the issue is still not solved. There are still three dots running after having started Lightroom Web and I cannot access my images on the Web.

I have a similar problem. I am trying to use the proofing feature in Adobe Lightroom on-line, syncing a gallery from LRC. I just get the 3 dots and the same link as you do on chrome. Other times it works. When I have the issue, the synced galleries work in LR when I look at them from the LC app on my desktop without issue. If Ioad in from my phone it loads just fine. If I try it on chrome on my macbook it also loads fine, so I am not sure why it will not work on my PC's version of chrome.

New user to Lightroom CC web and desktop app (not Classic) on 2021 Macbook Pro m1 pro. Desktop app works great but web version on MS Edge has same problem described here on both my Mac and Windows 11 PC desktop so definitely a Lightroom / MS Edge issue. Safari on my Macbook has no problem and renders the images just fine. Lightroom Web needs much work as it is lacking even basic functions like zoom.
