I haven't been able to export on my desktop. I restarted everything and it just sits at zero or downloads 1 in am
hour.
My iPad won't save to the camera roll or leave the LR cloud. I deleted the app and redownloaded, to no avail.
I spoke with a friend that is having the same issues today.

Which version of Lightroom are you using? Have you tried changing your network connection?
Do you see any error messages? Does it happen with a specific file type or all files?
Have you tried resetting your preferences? If not done yet, please try reset the preferences of Lightroom using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2JSym5e.
Please back up your presets prior to resetting the preferences.
