Lightroom Won’t Open on Mackbook

The application won't open on my MacBook. Tried updating my computer, deleted and re downloaded and restarting but no luck. Anyone have any ideas ?

What operating system are you using?

If it's Mac and OS 10.13, then Adobe no longer support this and the latest version of Lightroom will not work on it.
