YELLERRR, so can you delete reject photos off of LR's online versions? Or at least "hide them"

Do you mean Lightroom Web? Filter the images by flag. Select the image(s) by clicking the upper right corner (a box will be visible when your cursor is held over that area). Then choose Delete in the blue options above.

In Lightroom desktop this works the same way. Filter by flag, select, delete.
