Hello, I downloaded Lightroom and the premium subscription hoping to add bulk photos and add presets to them however when I add the Live Photo’s it only adds the original version of the photo not the updated version on a better image. I’ve tried taking the live feature off and saving them into a different folder before reuploading and it still saves the original version. Help!
I am not sure of an answer here so going to check this with our Engineering team . It's Christmas holidays so there might be a delay in a response from them.
