My card expired and my subcription ended so it told me to renew my subscription. I updated the card details but i still cannot get into lightroom. still tells me to renew, i have restarted computer, uninstalled the software yet nothing helps. Can anyone help?

Log into your account at adobe.com to confirm the status of your account. If all looks good there, use the Creative Cloud desktop app to sign into your account. If you are currently signed in try signing out and back in again.
