Log in issue

I'm using adobe for Samsung in A71. In the last update i cannot save the photos after edit so i reinstall it.. then i cannot log in into it.. but i can create new but all my presets are in the last account.. fix the log in issue.. and the thumbnail issue in a while

We're sorry for the sign-in issue. Are you seeing any error messages while signing to Lightroom Mobile? Also, are you using a trial version or a paid version of Lightroom Mobile? Have you tried signing on to another mobile device?
