Lost access to Lightroom despite valid subscription — organization profile issue

New Here ,
Nov 08, 2025 Nov 08, 2025

Hi,

I’ve lost access to my Adobe Lightroom account. When I sign in, I can choose between two profiles: Redcliff Foundation and Personal Profile. Until recently, I was using Redcliff Foundation without issues, but now it says I no longer have access to Lightroom.

I tried everything I could find online:

  • Signing out and back in

  • Reinstalling the app

  • Checking my inbox (and junk mail) for new invitations

None of that worked.

I was told it might be related to an Adobe infrastructure migration affecting some regions, but I couldn’t find any official information confirming this. Could someone from Adobe please check whether this organization or license is still active?

Thank you for your time and help.

Best regards.

Your account associated with RedCliff Foundation is showing as unsubscribed with the subscription being cancelled.  Please check with your Admin in order to regain access.

Hi,

Thank you for the update. I am experiencing the exact same issue—I also lost access to my account under the 'Redcliff Foundation' profile and was told the same thing about a possible Adobe infrastructure migration.

Now, I've been advised to log in to a new profile (which should be 'Riverside Foundation/Federation'), but I cannot see this new profile in my account options.

When I inquired about the missing 'Riverside Foundation/Federation' profile, I was told the following:

Those who cannot join new

If you’re not seeing the Join Team option for the new profile (Riverside Foundation/Federation) in your Adobe account, then it's still migrating and should be done in the next few days.

You may also please try the following workarounds:

Workaround 1: Go to account.adobe.com and sign out if you’re already logged in. Then, sign in again using the correct email ID with which you purchased the subscription from us.

Workaround 2: You should have also received a 'Get Started with CCE All Apps' email in your inbox. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder as well. Open that email and follow the instructions provided there.

👉 If you’re not seeing the Join Team option for the new profile (Riverside Foundation/Federation) in your Adobe account, then it's still migrating and be done in next few days.

Since the proposed new profile is still not visible, I am looking for confirmation on the migration status of the 'Redcliff Foundation' organization/license and whether there are any further updates on when the 'Riverside Foundation/Federation' profile will actually appear.
