Hi,

  • All my lightroom photos are gone after switching to different phone. Were they not suppose to be backed up to the could? I have a paid version of the app.

Did you perhaps use a different AdobeID on the new phone? If you use the paid version, then your images are stored in the cloud. If you login in Lightroom on another device and you use the same credentials, then you should see all the images automatically.

No, I only have the one. I tried to see if I have others under my other
email but there is none.

Check what is in the Cloud by logging in at http://lightroom.adobe.com/

Hopefully there are some photos there. If not, and your details are correct then could it be possible that sync was paused in Lightroom Mobile and the photos never made it to the Cloud?
