Lost presets

I got a new phone and when I downloaded Lightroom I lost all my presets. Does anyone know how to get all the presets I had back?

Same thing happened to me and now I can't find any of my old pics or presets. My iPhone crashes & boot looped and when I got the new one "they couldn't fix it" then I lost everything.

Did I get it right that both of you have not restored your new iPhone from an iOS backup which contains Lr and have

 Lr running as a free version? ...the restore from a backup of your previous phone  is the only way to preserve your presets and photos when you have Lr running as freemiun (without cloud sync)

A re-install will delete all the data from you phone. This cannot happen when you sync your presets+photos to the Lr Server-side. With that you can re-install an re-sync the data from the cloud  - Guido/ Lr QE
