LR CC mobile not working

Hello, I just switched from android to iPhone and I've signed into my creative cloud account where I have a subscription that includes LR and the mobile app, but it doesn't recognize that I have a subscription and will not let me edit raw photos. Whenever I click on my profile or anything locked behind the subscription, it just says "something went wrong. Try again after some time" but it's been like that for 2 days now and signing out and back in does not fix this issue.

Hey @ROBERT29072691yd2i. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. I've checked the account you're signed in to the community with & I've located that you're subscription is managed by an enterprise/institute.

 

An IT team or Administrative body handles your subscription. Please check with your institution's IT/administration to understand the entitlements available through their licensing agreement.
