LR iOS not downloading most of my images

Since a few days ago LR mobile on my iPhone XS Max is useless. I have 44,000 images in the cloud, and yet im lucky if it gets 1000, and even that takes hours. 

Ive signed out, deleted the app, reinstalled etc, quite a few times. 

 

No issues on my ipad, and all the imagers are fine on the web version of LR.

Thank you for taking the time to report this problem, and the troubleshooting steps you took.  I believe we had issues with our server that were resolved around 3 PM Pacific time.  Is your Lightroom app syncing more smoothly now?
