None of my photos were uploading to Lr mobile so I tried to troubleshoot by deleting the app and redownloading, but then it caused me to somehow lose thousands of photos. Tried chatting with the support team but was transferred three times and then they ended the chat. Is there any way to get some assistance in getting my photos back? 😞
Uploaded to Lightroom mobile from where? Do you use the free version? If so, then you have a problem. The free version stores your images on your device, not in the cloud. If you uninstall an app, the local data will also be deleted. That means you deleted your images by uninstalling. The only way to get them back would be to restore the phone from a backup.
