LR mobile undocumented behavior

First a quick question: where does one submit bug reports and/or feature requests? (For future reference)

Lightroom mobile for Android (premium) v3.5.1

I have been recently encoutering wired behavior of the app. Following a crash (I'll provide the report if necessary) all of the impoted photos and created albums were gone, forcing me to import them again. By chance I discovered that when the app is closed and I open it via photo import option when I connect my DSLR ovet USB using PTP, it loads my original photos + albums. When the app is already running I see what I re-imported. Is it meant to be this way?
