LR starts up with a filter.

How do I turn this off or what is actually happening?

The LR opens up with the pictures being all greenish.

The talk to a support button also dont work on the site...

This is usually caused by a bad display color profile. To test this, go into your monitor's properties panel (not a windows user, but I think you just right click on your desktop and select the color management tab. There delete any profile that is associated with your display. Then reload Lightroom. 

To get correct color, you HAVE to calibrate your display using calibration hardware such as a colormunki, spyderX, etc. Most photoclubs and some public libraries have these for loan if you don't wan to buy one.
