LrClassic: idioma preferencias / language preferences

hola!! acabo de instalar lightroom y no me deja cambiar el idioma a español. entro en editar, preferencias, general e idioma y nada, o sea que lo hago correctamente pero algo falla que no cambia el idioma. alguien puede ayudarme? gracias!!

Please go to Help>System Info… and get us the exact installed version number of your software.

It is the 10.4 version. And I tried to uninstall it to the previous version and it happens the same. I don't know what's wrong but it doesn't accept other language but English.
