LrD: Local Catalog Damaged Message

I received the message noted in the Subject Line. I tried to follow the instructions to repair from Adobe from the "Learn More" link, but I've been unsuccessful so far. Any recommendations?

I tried the solution here and it worked.

I am glad to hear that. However, if you were not completely synced, those items not synced would be at risk. If you were completely synced there is no issue.
