M1 Apple Silicon Lightroom native installer location needed

When I download Lightroom, I receive the intel installers and I am warned it will be running via emulation.

Where is the downloader for the native M1 Apple Silicon version referenced at https://blog.adobe.com/en/2020/12/08/december-photography-updates.html#gs.oa7rl4 ???

Resolved. You must install Creative Cloud first.  The first couple of times I tried to install CC, the installs would fail. I am not sure why. 

I would recommend that some Adobe employee write more explicit instructions around all of this.
