MacBook login issues

Having trouble with my login on my Mac. I had the mobile app and now would like to have that on my computer. I had to make another account and now it wouldn't allow me to long in to my old account. It's prompting me for payment. Do you have to pay for the app on phone And on MacBook ?

If you have a premium subscription for the LrMobile app plus 100GB cloud space, that subscription only covers the LrMobile apps. If you also want to use the Lightroom desktop app on your Mac, you need a different subscription plan, called simply the Lightroom plan, which allows you to run Lightroom on two different MacOS or Win10 systems, plus Lr Mobile on unlimited smartphones/tablets, plus 1TB of cloud space....and which costs $9.99 per month. 

 

If you contact Adobe's Customer Care, you should be able to get them to upgrade your Premium plan to the Lightroom plan,  after which you should then be able to login to the Creative Cloud app on your Mac using the same Adobe ID as you have been using on your mobile device. Then you can install the Lightroom app on your Mac and see the photos in your cloud account.
