(macOS) Unable to not import anything

I am working with Lightroom CC on an Imac and all of the sudden it will not import anything new. I have done all the updates and restarted all the programs and the IMac, Sstill nothing. any help would be appreciated.

What version of the macOS are you working on right now? Where are you importing from? Have you tested importing from the internal drive?

Please share the screenshot of the following options from Preferences.
