Manual Noise Reduction Not Exporting

I am having an issue where my photos have the luminance manual noise reduction applied, however that setting is not applied when I try to export them. I'm using a MacBook Pro to work on these.

Hey, @haley_9348. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Is this a personal or work (IT-managed) machine? Has this started after recent Lightroom or OS updates? 

Does this happen with a specific set of images, or images with a specific set of edits?  Do you work with RAW or JPEG images? If RAW, what Camera were these images shot with, and what format are the images in? What are your export settings?

Please share a set of screenshots or a short video of what you see.
