Masking available on mobile device but not on my MacBook Pro

I have Adobe Lightroom on my iPhone 11 pro and on my Macbook Pro.  The phone version offers masking.  The computer version does not.  Why? I do not like to do edits on the tiny phone screen.

Show us the System Info Report for your Lightroom on the Macbook Pro. 

Lr MENU: Help > System Info...

OR- Are you looking at the Browser Version that is Lightroom-Web? (Does not have Masking)

Start Lightroom on the Macbook Pro by Opening from the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App.
