Hi there, I'll help you figure this out.
I've checked the email account in your profile & there isn't an active subscription to Lightroom.
What device are you using Lightroom on? Mobile (iOS or Android) or Desktop (macOS/Windows)? What version of Lightroom are you working on?
If you have a charge on your bank account, it would be likely that the subscription is on a different email account.
If you have other email accounts you need help with, please direct message me those & we'll take it from there.
