Buenas tardes, el sábado hice un pago para una suscripción de un mes pero no me permite ni enlazarlo con la app de Canon ni abrirlo en la laptop ya que me sigue pidiendo pagar un paquete, este lo hice directamente en opción de Lightroom mobile y se hizo un cobro de por medio.

Could you please confirm the version of Lightroom from Help > About Lightroom along with the version of the operating system on your computer? Have you tried to sign out and sign in again in the application?
Upon checking, we could not locate any subscription on the provided email. Could you please check the email account used in your mobile app store and sign in with that email account in Lightroom Mobile? Please check here for more steps:

Suppose you have made the payment on your respective mobile stores like Apple store & Google Play Store etc. You will only have access to the Lightroom Mobile.
