Menu bar appearance on Lightroom, Premiere different to Photoshop and other

Quick and maybe silly question...

Why are the menu bars on Lightroom and Premiere Pro different to Photoshop and other Adobe apps?

I have not found a way to turn them all dark mode (please see attached image).

Lightroom CC is a new cloud based image editing app and we are still working on many of its features that will help evolving the application UI and usability.

An all dark or custom user interface is worth a feature that our engineers can look into. We'd love to get this request and feedback submitted officially as a feature request so the engineering team can get this recorded.
