Here's a support post for the forum:
---
Hello,
I've noticed a major issue with my Lightroom Cloud catalog. My photo collection, which includes about 60,000 photos, is no longer complete. Photos from the past four or five years (2019-2024) have disappeared. Instead, I now see older photos (6+ years old) repeating multiple times, which I definitely did not set up intentionally.
I have synchronization enabled across all my devices, including an iOS iPhone, an iPad, and multiple Windows clients (Windows 10 and 11). However, the same issue appears on all of them, and I can't see the current state of my catalog in the browser either. None of these missing photos were deleted by me. Up until a week or two ago, everything was fine; my catalog was complete and organized chronologically.
What's happening here? Why have my photos disappeared?
Thank you in advance for your help.
A. T.
