Missing Lightroom mobile presets

So my account got switched from a subscription to a free account and when I logged back in, all of my mobile presets and photos were missing. It's not so much the missing photos I'm worried about but the presets — sooo many hours went into honing and creating those. 

 

Does anyone know if I resubscribe they will be accessible again?? It seems crazy they would just disappear. TYIA

I will suggest an answer!  With a subscription your photos and presets are stored in the Lightroom Ecosystem Cloud.

With the Free Lr App photos and presets are stored in the iPhone with the App. 

(Note also: if you delete or re-install the free app you lose photos and presets from the phone UNLESS you have done a phone backup from which you can restore.)

 

If you cancelled your subscription recently it may be possible for Adobe Support staff to renew your (paid) subscription and also restore photos and presets from cloud storage- **IF they have not been deleted totally. Might be worth a try.

In the chat field (lower right of screen), Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot. Be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your ad-blockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
