Missing My Presets - LR Mobile

I cannot find my presets, please help!!!!

Hey, @throop_photography. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

What version of Lightroom & iOS are you working on? Are these your custom presets, or have you downloaded the Preset files from the internet? 

If you import DNG presets, you may encounter a "Cannot Load File" error message during the process; however, you can still create a preset based on the edited DNG file. Please head here to learn more: https://adobe.ly/3FbJme4

Thank you for replying! My current version is in the screenshot below and iOS 26.0.1 on iPhone 14plus. 

I have the option to save a preset, but once I do, I cannot find where to import that preset to other photos. Also, this makes me hesitant to purchase pre-made presets until I can confirm they will work. Thank you!

I apologize for the delay in our response. I reviewed your account, and it appears to be active as of November 20. When you originally lost your presets, had you just switched to a new phone or uninstalled Lightroom for any reason? If you didn't have an active subscription, any unsynced edits, images, or presents would have been lost.
