Hello Lightroom Support Team,
I am experiencing a serious issue with Lightroom on my mobile device. All the preset collections that I previously created have disappeared, and I am also unable to see my previously edited photos. This issue occurred after a sudden prompt to log in again.
Details:
This is very concerning as I have invested significant time creating these presets, and I rely on them for my workflow. I would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance in recovering my presets and photos.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Chen Yu Ru

Hello @yu_as_8159
Our system indicates you have a couple free Lightroom accounts. I recommend signing into both of your accounts (gmail, yahoo) to see if one of those free accounts still has your images and presets.
Because your accounts are free, do not delete and reinstall the app. Free accounts do not backup files to Lightroom's cloud storage, and so deleting the free Lightroom app will also delete the files inside the app cache.
If deleting the app is possibly what happen, you would need to restore a device backup made back when all the images and presets still existed in the Lightroom app.
If you did not delete the app, then hopefully all that's needed is to sign into the correct account. Also, you could try iTunes/Finder file recovery, as described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/recover-lightroom-mobile-photos-itunes-file-sharing.html
I hope some advice here helps!
