Missing subscription

Hello, 

On my phone when I go into my account details its says I have a subscription (this is ture) . I have recently logged in on a different device using the same account but it shows up as not having a subscription and promoting me to pay for one. Just wondering if you could tell me why this is happening?

I don't see any subscription at all related to the email address you used to post here on the forums.

 

I don't know if you used email address + password to sign in, or if you use a social service to sign in like Google, Facebook or Apple... My guess is that if you are using a social service to sign in, you might have more than one social account, based on different email addresses?  What matters when signing into Lightroom is the email address used by your social sign in or direct sign.  

 

My other guess is that maybe you have a mobile-only subscription?  If you subscribe through Apple or Google app stores, these plans do not support Lightroom on Mac or Windows.  There are separate plans that include desktop you should subscribe instead, if signing in on LR Desktop is what you need.

Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chat bot.
