I created an album on my Lightroom mobile app (iPhone) and was editing some photos I had on my phone on there. When I opened Lightroom on my laptop the album appeared but only had 19 of the 70 or so photos in the album. Both my phone and my computer's lightroom say syncing is complete, but when I open an individual photo within the album on my phone it begins to say uploading original, however no progress is made and it just remains stuck on that.
Hi, please let us know the versions of both Lightroom mobile and Lightroom on the desktop that you're working on. You can go to https://adobe.ly/3DopkvP and check if the images you've synced from Lightroom mobile, appear there. Also, check if you see any images under the category "Sync issues."
Hi, I'm using Adobe Lightroom 7.4.1 on the desktop and v. 10.0.2 on mobile. I checked on that site and the photos are not showing up either. I'm unsure how to check for images under Sync Issues on the mobile app but none appear on the desktop.
