I recently used the "Edit Date" feature in LR to adjust the date on some GoPro images after the battery had been dead for years and they had the wrong date on them.
After editing, I posted the images to Flickr and Glass via the LR Mobile "share sheet" and the images landed on those services with a very old and very wrong date (2016 rather than 2022!). It turns out, LR does not actually change the EXIF data when editing the date, and other services use the EXIF date.
Please make sure EXIF data is modified, or provide us with a proper EXIF editor!
And please provide a proper EXIF viewer/editor in LR cloudy 🙂
