Moving LR (not classic) to new PC.

I just moved from one windows laptop to a new one.  I use Lightroom (not classic) and I have the files in Adobe cloud and keep the preview local.  But it takes forever to do the initial sync when starting lightroom on the new laptop.  The sync seems to hang (it has been pending 3320 object to sync for some hours now).  I have tried to restart LR, but to no avail.

Any tips to how to proceed is greatly appreciated.

last night I found the solution. I have a "local" copy of the originals on dropbox, and for the sake of network performance, I paused dropbox sync, and that apparently made the adobe sync stall. So when I turned that on again, then it synced, even if it was slow.  Anyway, this morning all was synced fine.

@Zerlin
Did sync complete or are you still having the issue?
